What size of company do you work with?

Teams of roughly 10 to 300 people — established enough to feel real IT pain, but without a full internal IT department. I become the partner who carries that load across Microsoft 365, Atlassian, security, and everything in between.

Do you cover both Microsoft and Atlassian stacks?

Yes — both, and at the admin level, not just the surface. On the Microsoft side: M365 tenant, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Power Platform Admin Center. On the Atlassian side: org-level admin (Security Groups, SSO/SCIM, access policies) plus hands-on configuration of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.

Can you help with automation without a developer on the team?

That is exactly the point. Power Automate flows and Power Apps are built to solve real problems — onboarding checklists, approval workflows, notifications, data collection — without your team needing to write or maintain any code. I build it, document it, and hand it over.

Do you do one-off projects or ongoing support?

Both. Many engagements start as a scoped project — an M365 setup, a security hardening, a Jira configuration, a website launch — and then continue as an ongoing IT partnership if it makes sense for you.

We need a simple website. Is that something you handle?
